My name is David John Gautieri & I'm addicted to fantasy football.

I was born in 1994 & I've been a hardcore sports player & football fan ever since. I've been playing redraft fantasy football since the early 2000's.

My background is in creative writing & journalism. I received my Bachelor's Degree in English in 2018. I started playing dynasty fantasy football in 2019.

My first two positions in the fantasy industry were writing weekly waiver articles for Fantasy in Frames & Big Guy Fantasy Sports. After gaining a large social media following, I decided to launch my own company & pursue a career in fantasy football (I'm also a professional Chef).

I've also written my own personal fantasy football dictionary & encyclopedia, along with numerous strategy articles. I've created my own "Dynasty Trade Manifesto" & I've also created a one-of-a-kind "TE Anatomical Checklist" for player prospecting.

I launched an official Patreon for Guru Fantasy World in January, 2022, & this official website in August, 2023.
